Product Operations Lead

Lead end-to-end Product Operations lifecycle including ideation, launch readiness, commercialization, and post-launch reviews.

Establish and maintain tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions for New Product Introductions (NPI).

Drive process governance and operational excellence by deploying global design models, improving workflows, and implementing automation for increased productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, operations, data analytics, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or related cross-functional roles.

Proficiency in business reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI.

Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and milestones.

Experienced in managing complex product portfolios in a matrixed, global industrial technology or automation environment.

Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable leadership recommendations and reporting.

Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and facilitating governance in ambiguous environments.
