Senior Manager, Project and Program Management, Enterprise

Lead and manage a technology squad with accountability for a defined customer portfolio within the technology enterprise department.

Provide leadership and assurance for technology-related workstreams across projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and issue resolution.

Develop improved working practices, process optimizations, and share expertise and best practices across the organization.

Minimum 5 years experience in MSP or RPO business and 3 years experience with key technology providers.

University degree or postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.

Proficiency with technology tools including Excel/Sheets and Monday.com, and good command of English (written and verbal).

Role must be based in India; regional and global travel required.

Experienced in managing cross-functional squads using agile, scalable methodologies within technology solution delivery environments.

Strong expertise in VMS, CRM, ATS platforms, and Randstad Enterprise technology stack with hands-on project leadership involving multiple stakeholders including C-suite.

Demonstrated ability in client-facing presentations, external vendor negotiations, people management, and consultancy within complex project portfolios.
