Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of multi-stakeholder software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including defining milestones and managing timelines.
Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication of expectations, scope, and risks, particularly around AI model accuracy and clinical safety.
Manage resource allocation, project budget, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain high team velocity and successful project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably in a startup environment.
Certified in Agile (CSM) or PMP is highly desirable.
Proven track record delivering complex software products with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools; location Chennai (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing projects with 1-20 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and skilled in Scrum processes.
Strong operational leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
Comfortable working in innovation-driven environments focused on emerging technologies like AI and clinical safety domains.
