Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years Scrum Master experience, including 3+ years in senior roles supporting enterprise Agile teams.
Mandatory certification: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with SAFe framework and PI Planning.
Proficient in Jira and Jira Align for Agile planning and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading Agile transformations within regulated domains such as biotech or life sciences.
Technical acumen in Agile delivery combined with collaboration with BI/reporting teams using Power BI, Azure, and AI-enhanced frameworks.
Skilled facilitator and coach who can manage cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders towards Agile maturity and product delivery.
