Manage day-to-day vulnerability management (VM) operations including assignment, acceptance, and notification of vulnerabilities.
Handle and resolve VM-related tickets in a timely manner, maintaining monthly KPIs under control.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand remediation plans and resolve VM queries or issues using Qualys VMDR and/or Wiz/Aqua tools.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Vulnerability Management.
1-3 years of experience specifically with Qualys VMDR and/or Wiz/Aqua.
Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies, vulnerability management process, and tools such as PowerBI & ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-disciplinary VM technical processes and can navigate multiple scanning and reporting tools.
Capable of collaborating across teams and stakeholder groups to drive vulnerability remediation and maintain service KPIs.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational execution and customer service.
