Manage day-to-day vulnerability management operations including assignment, acceptance, and notification of vulnerabilities.
Handle and resolve tickets assigned to Vulnerability Management team in a timely manner.
Maintain monthly KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to address remediation plans and roadblocks.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Vulnerability Management.
Working experience with Qualys VMDR and/or Wiz/Aqua tools.
Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies and vulnerability management processes.
Experience using PowerBI, ServiceNow, and report visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient in vulnerability management processes and scanning tools with analytical problem-solving skills.
Capable of working autonomously under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and customers.
