Provide second-line onsite technical and field engineering support for networking infrastructure at client sites, ensuring configurations and software meet client requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computing, or related field; professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP, or equivalents required.
Moderate experience in networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution at core and access layers.
Moderate experience in client technical support, troubleshooting, and providing remote and onsite network support.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced networking engineer comfortable managing and troubleshooting standard and low-complexity incidents independently with strong technical knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure.
Capable of working in high-pressure environments, following standard procedures, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Practitioner familiar with second-line support dynamics and escalation workflows, able to support client infrastructure proactively and maintain SLA compliance.
