Senior Digital Product Manager (AI)

Rapidly validate high-potential AI and data-driven business opportunities to guide investment decisions at Amgen.

Serve as a bridge between US business teams and global delivery teams, ensuring clear prioritization and execution of AI initiatives in Agile environments.

Own AI and digital product delivery with responsibilities including facilitation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with responsible AI and regulatory standards.

Master’s degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or Diploma with 10+ years in Information/Tech Systems or Engineering.

Experience leading products, technical engineering solutions, and tracking product success with focus on technical delivery excellence.

Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineering teams.

Work Experience Required: At least 4 years experience in Information/Tech Systems with progressive responsibilities; 6+ years product management or related experience preferred with 4+ years in AI/ML or data-driven products.

Experienced in leading AI or data products through discovery, validation, investment decision, and scaling within complex, high-ambiguity environments.

Ability to evaluate AI opportunities across multiple dimensions including desirability, feasibility, viability, value, risk, scalability, and data readiness.

Familiarity with AI platforms, MLOps, enterprise AI architecture, and biotech workflows (lab automation, computational biology, clinical data).
