Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, user story creation, testing, and implementation support for complex financial systems.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams ensuring clear traceability from business needs to technical delivery.
Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with on-shore partners to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2-5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with financial services applications and processes, including Mainframe/CICS based systems.
Willingness to work night shifts (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM India time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience acting as Scrum team liaison including collaboration with Product Owners, developers, testers, UX, and solution architects.
Proven ability to manage user acceptance testing including test planning, execution, and data mining in financial services context.
Experience delivering business analysis deliverables such as process flows, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts in a financial or brokerage domain.
