Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
10+ years of software engineering, application development, or solution architecture experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platform including APIs, Architect, and integrations.
Proven skills in developing AI-powered applications with conversational or agentic AI platforms and modern programming languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expert operating within Genesys Cloud ecosystem with deep technical knowledge and practical experience building scalable AI and industry solutions.
Strong background translating complex industry processes into reusable technical architectures and production applications across multiple sectors.
Experienced in combining Genesys Cloud capabilities with modern agentic AI, enterprise integrations, conversational workflows, and leading AI platforms for enterprise-scale deployments.
