Lead the team responsible for NAV oversight and fund financial reporting oversight across M&G’s fund ranges, ensuring accuracy and integrity of outputs from third party administrators (TPAs).
Provide technical and accounting expertise, supporting regulatory and structural changes, and strengthen governance across the fund lifecycle.
Build and maintain relationships with TPAs, auditors, and internal stakeholders to uphold M&G’s risk and control framework for fund accounting, reporting, expense oversight, and ongoing charges.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of financial services experience with at least 10 years in fund accounting or fund financial reporting oversight.
Minimum 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role in fund accounting oversight or related area.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance required.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA Finance) and relevant Investment Management qualifications desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in fund accounting, NAV oversight, pricing, financial reporting, and costs & charges across UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg jurisdictions.
Strong risk, controls, and governance mindset with ability to make well-informed decisions and challenge complex issues constructively.
Experienced in leading oversight teams in a centralized fund accounting environment, managing regulatory changes, and collaborating with multi-location and cross-functional stakeholders including auditors and TPAs.
