Customer Success Engineer – Cloud Engineering & Platform Enablement

Accelerate secure cloud adoption by supporting onboarding, migration readiness, environment setup, and platform consumption for cloud-based applications.

Develop reusable cloud engineering assets like Terraform modules, GitHub workflows, and templates to standardize and simplify infrastructure delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally to embed SDLC, security, risk, and governance into engineering patterns and improve cloud platform capabilities.

4–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, SRE, or application enablement roles.

Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, preferably Terraform, including modules and environment-based configuration.

Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (preferably GCP) with understanding of core services (compute, containers, storage, IAM, networking, databases, monitoring).

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or IT-related discipline or equivalent.

Experienced in working directly with application teams to understand requirements and unblock cloud/platform adoption, indicating strong operational collaboration skills.

Demonstrates expertise in GitHub or similar source control platforms with CI/CD integration and automation focus.

Has familiarity with enterprise SDLC, security, risk, and governance practices, ideally in regulated sectors like banking or financial services.
