Customer Success Engineer – Cloud Engineering & Platform Enablement

Accelerate secure cloud adoption and improve developer experience for DWS application teams by supporting onboarding, migration readiness, environment setup, and platform consumption.

Build and maintain reusable cloud engineering patterns, Terraform modules, GitHub workflows, and self-service assets to simplify infrastructure delivery across GCP and related technologies.

Collaborate with platform, security, architecture, and application teams to embed SDLC, security, risk, and governance into practical cloud and DevOps delivery patterns and enhance platform capabilities.

4–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, SRE, or application enablement roles.

Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform including module usage and environment-based configurations.

Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), covering compute, containers, storage, IAM, networking, and deployment workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; relevant cloud or DevOps certifications desirable but not mandatory.

Experienced in direct collaboration with application teams for cloud onboarding, migration support, and resolving cloud/platform adoption blockers.

Skilled in building reusable engineering assets and fostering developer experience through documentation, automation, and platform enablement tools.

Familiarity with enterprise SDLC, security, risk, and governance in regulated environments, preferably financial services or asset management domain.
