Own the Judiciary and Government sales segment end to end, including High Courts, tribunals, State law departments, and PSU legal teams.
Lead and manage a Team Leader and Senior Account Executives, responsible for hitting segment sales targets, tender win rate, and collections on government invoices.
Build and execute a repeatable tender and empanelment process, including GeM listings, e-tender responses, and managing long sales and procurement cycles through to payment collection.
Minimum Requirements
14 to 16 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling to Indian government, judiciary, or PSU buyers.
Demonstrated experience filing and winning tenders and GeM bids, with knowledge of EMD, PBG, and DSC requirements.
Experience leading a small sales team.
Graduate degree in any discipline, fluent in Hindi and English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in government and judiciary sales with a proven track record in managing long sales cycles and treasury payment processes.
Capable of setting up and scaling tender and empanelment playbooks from the ground up, demonstrating operational ownership.
Familiarity with legal or judiciary technology products is a plus; background as a lawyer transitioning into sales is especially welcomed.
