Own business analysis activities of medium to high complexity for digital solutions, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting software specifications and business requirements.
Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Lead and manage documentation for assigned applications, control analytical outputs, and support junior colleagues in their development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
3+ years of experience in Lean/Agile development environment.
Proven understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, data modeling, segmentation), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, audience segmentation, data extensions, campaign logic), and working knowledge of Veeva CRM (objects, field structure, commercial/medical use cases).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with strong end-to-end business analysis skills including creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and data analysis skills using SQL or SOQL.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and capable of managing multiple system interactions and data flows.
Background or familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred but not mandatory.
