Minimum Requirements
5+ years in business systems, integrations, or IT platform roles with hands-on enterprise integrations experience (APIs, middleware, iPaaS).
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, SFTP, middleware, SSO) and troubleshooting in production environments.
Experience with automation platforms and business process logic (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi or similar).
Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks such as HIPAA or HITRUST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically sharp integrations specialist comfortable managing complex system ecosystems and ambiguity in building new playbooks.
Experienced in partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical system configurations and improvements.
AI-first mindset with existing hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and solution design.
