Experience drawn from NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, corporate organizations, educational institutions, healthcare, or public sector organizations.
Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in organizational development and capacity building within the social sector or related consultative environments.
Experience leading organizational assessments, strategic planning, governance strengthening, and learning program design.
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical leadership and quality assurance in OD interventions across multiple partner organizations.
