Lead conversion of manual workflows across Mobility, Delivery, and New Bets COEs into AI-powered automation, focusing on high-volume, high-friction processes.
Own end-to-end transformation from identification through scaled rollout, including defining/tracking key metrics like automation rate, accuracy, TAT, and cost-to-serve.
Serve as liaison between LOB leadership, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align AI roadmap with operational needs and develop change management plans.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in program management, operations strategy, consulting, or technology-driven operations transformation across multiple business lines.
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions involving AI/ML and GenAI for operational workflows.
Employees must spend at least 50% of time in-office unless full remote approved; specific onsite requirements may apply.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplace operations with ability to quickly grasp new business models (New Bets).
Proven track record designing or launching human-in-the-loop AI systems for support, dispatch, quality, or fraud-related operations.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent LOB workstreams delivering measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
