Senior Manager, Program Management, the^delta Prize

Lead the end-to-end launch and execution of incentive-driven Grand Challenges targeting India's MSME sector, including problem identification, outreach, selections, interventions, monitoring, and evaluation.

Design and govern seamless challenge processes: eligibility, evaluation criteria, jury, milestones, and data management to ensure smooth execution and sustainable information sharing.

Manage partnerships and stakeholder engagement across program teams and external partners; support research and collaboration to improve challenge outcomes and amplify impact through media and ecosystem integration.

7–9 years work experience in high-performing or intrapreneurial roles.

Graduate or postgraduate degree.

Thematic knowledge of India's MSME sector covering nano to medium enterprises and their barriers.

Strong analytical skills including proficiency in AI-powered tools, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced in designing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in development or impact sectors with a strategic and tech-oriented approach.

Comfortable operating under ambiguity and rapid change, transforming open-ended problems into actionable frameworks.

Skilled at ecosystem development and stakeholder management, including partnerships with diverse internal teams and external collaborators.
