Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of event-agency experience running corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or experiential marketing on the ground.
Proven ability to manage vendors and venues including reading production drawings and technical specs.
Experience managing multiple events and vendors simultaneously without quality loss.
Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in strong event operations, particularly event-agency roles on ground.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on operator comfortable leading event production onsite from setup through teardown during live events.
Skilled in vendor negotiation and management with capability to maintain scope, budgets, and operational control.
Detail-oriented planner able to develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, operational templates and contingency plans.
