Senior Operations Staff (SOI)

Execute and support daily shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading and unloading across service centers and warehouses.

Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Maintain operational discipline to achieve productivity, accuracy, service quality, and compliance with safety and security procedures.

Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass.

Experience: 3–6 years in logistics, courier operations, warehousing or supply chain operations with shipment processing and sorting experience preferred.

Physically fit for manual handling and able to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Basic English, computer, and handheld scanner/mobile application skills required.

Experienced operational staff accustomed to process-driven environments with responsibility for quality and productivity metrics.

Demonstrates capability in coaching junior staff and supporting operational leadership in busy, dynamic logistics settings.

Comfortable with on-the-ground shipment handling, documentation accuracy, and safety compliance in distribution or warehousing contexts.
