Minimum Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass, higher qualification preferred.
3–6 years relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.
Physically fit for standing, walking and manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
Basic English reading, communication skills and basic computer/handheld scanner proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Able to support and coach junior staff while ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational discipline.
Operationally detail-oriented with capability to balance workload, support continuous improvement and maintain safety compliance.
