Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative

Manage and execute accurate and timely commercial loan closing processes ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise in commercial loan documentation, collaborating with Credit, Sales, Legal teams, and relationship managers to ensure alignment on documentation and compliance.

Support and mentor less experienced staff and contribute to process improvements within the Commercial Loan Closing team.

At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing support or equivalent through work, training, education, or military experience.

Experience handling Loan Syndication processes including deal setup, funding, borrower servicing, and lender communications.

Strong working knowledge of Loans IQ with hands-on experience in loan booking, maintenance, payment processing, and transaction management.

Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends as per business requirements; preference for candidates who can join within 45 days.

Experienced in end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle including loan onboarding, servicing, amendments, and payoff activities.

Demonstrates ability to maintain accuracy, compliance, and service standards in syndicated and commercial loan operations.

Capable of providing guidance to junior staff and driving process consistency and control in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.
