Product Manager III

Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core Insurtech area such as embedded protection attach across brands and points of sale, aligning to attach rate, revenue, and traveler NPS goals.

Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and lead cross-functional delivery including engineering, design, data science, legal, and compliance in an agile environment.

Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to prioritize roadmap and optimize trade-offs between conversion, unit economics, and traveler trust while building reusable platform capabilities and safely applying AI/ML within a regulated product environment.

4+ years of product delivery experience and Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in technical, analytical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional product management experience owning a product, feature set, or service through discovery, launch, and iteration in agile teams.

Experience defining product requirements, writing user stories/PRDs, interpreting data and metrics, and using experimentation/A-B testing for consumer-facing products.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to real-world products in partnership with engineering, data science, or analytics teams.

Experienced product manager skilled in navigating complex, regulated financial products within travel or insurtech domains, focused on driving measurable business outcomes.

Proficient in using data-driven decision making, experimentation platforms, and stakeholder alignment to optimize high-traffic, high-stakes conversion funnels.

Capable of cross-functional leadership partnering with engineering on system design, integration, operational readiness, and safely implementing AI/ML features with appropriate guardrails.
