About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations for AiPrise's compliance platform.

Own features end-to-end including requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, and monitoring with focus on KYB/AML workflows and compliance vendor integration.

Debug production issues and enhance system reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency through best engineering practices and observability tools.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or similar backend languages.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced backend engineer skilled in building and scaling microservices and data pipelines for fintech or compliance domains.

Comfortable owning full feature lifecycle in a startup-like environment delivering compliance, risk management, or fraud prevention products.

Proficient in integrating third-party APIs and developing production-grade infrastructure with a focus on reliability and observability.
