About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations for AiPrise's compliance platform.
- Own features end-to-end including requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, and monitoring with focus on KYB/AML workflows and compliance vendor integration.
- Debug production issues and enhance system reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency through best engineering practices and observability tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or similar backend languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer skilled in building and scaling microservices and data pipelines for fintech or compliance domains.
- Comfortable owning full feature lifecycle in a startup-like environment delivering compliance, risk management, or fraud prevention products.
- Proficient in integrating third-party APIs and developing production-grade infrastructure with a focus on reliability and observability.
