Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on AI application development.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with Python testing frameworks like Pytest.
Experience with building applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval techniques (including RAG), and REST APIs for enterprise integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI application development with a focus on using large language models and AI orchestration technologies.
Skilled in designing AI assistants or enterprise copilots with expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval, embeddings, and vector databases.
Comfortable working collaboratively across product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and improve AI-driven features in a hybrid Bangalore location.
