10+ years of software engineering experience; at least 3+ years focused on blockchain and tokenization.

5+ years in an engineering leadership role managing distributed teams.

Proficient with blockchain architectures, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.

Experience in regulated financial services or fintech sectors to deliver enterprise-grade software securely and compliantly.

Experienced leader in blockchain engineering for financial services or fintech, able to manage distributed teams effectively.

Strong technical expertise in Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, Canton, and related blockchain protocols with emphasis on security and compliance.

Operationally focused on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade blockchain-based digital asset platforms within a regulated environment.
