Lead and manage the 24x7 Hyperion application support team across shifts and geographies, ensuring operational availability and SLA compliance.
Own incident, problem, and change management activities for Oracle Hyperion/EPM environments including Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and related applications.
Coordinate root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, vendor management, resource planning, and oversee upgrades, patching, and audit compliance.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM suite support and team leadership.
Proven experience managing application support teams in a 24x7 environment.
Strong expertise in incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL practices.
Experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, FR, Shared Services explicitly required.
