Provide technical leadership and guidance to business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors in building and delivering secure, scalable Agentic AI products.
Develop, review, and maintain high-quality production code while driving adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and setting measurable validation standards within the SDLC.
Act as subject matter expert influencing product design, application functionality, technical operations, and contribute firm-wide to engineering frameworks and AI-assisted software development tool governance.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced programming skills in Java and/or Python; knowledge of Golang is a plus.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, development, testing, operational stability, and cloud-native AWS development for resilient, low-latency web services.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB), and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools usage and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical teams and influencing AI product design and engineering practices at scale within large enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with coaching capability on secure and compliant AI workflow usage.
Proficient in cloud-native AWS architectures and with knowledge of MCP concepts, Agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise software development lifecycle toolchains.
