Senior Manager, Solution Engineering – Customer Solution Validation

Lead and manage engineering teams to validate networking solutions and customer deployment use cases across multiple product portfolios.

Drive solution validation strategies, ensuring quality releases, scalability, and customer readiness with operational discipline including project management and risk mitigation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, architecture, sales, and field teams to align solutions with customer needs and industry trends while promoting automation and innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.

15+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, or software engineering.

5+ years managing technical engineering teams with proven leadership in delivering networking products and solution validation.

Onsite work required at HPE office; expertise with Juniper networking technologies is mandatory.

Experienced leader skilled in coordinating complex engineering initiatives and global organizations in networking domains.

Strong technical background in IP/MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, data center and service provider architectures, and network automation including Python and Kubernetes.

Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical priorities into business outcomes while driving operational excellence and innovation.
