Software Development Engineer in Test II

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for Kaseya's endpoint management platform across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms.

Develop and execute automated tests covering system-level features such as installation, upgrade, rollback, policy execution, monitoring, patching, and endpoint recovery.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate automation coverage, improve engineering productivity, and enhance release quality through comprehensive validation and troubleshooting.

4+ years of hands-on software engineering, SDET, DevTest, or QA automation experience.

Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, C#, or similar languages.

Deep understanding of at least one platform’s operating system internals such as Windows, macOS, or Linux, including processes, services, filesystems, and security models.

Experience with automation frameworks, endpoint agent testing, system software, or device management products.

Experienced in developing large-scale automated regression suites designed for endpoint releases in complex, multi-OS environments.

Skilled in deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis including log analysis, debugging, and endpoint telemetry.

Proficient at integrating AI tools and coding assistants into test automation to increase coverage and productivity.
