Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Professional experience between 0-6+ years depending on role level (entry to advanced).
Strong technical skills in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure services, REST APIs, plus knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS/TypeScript, and ALM practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience progressing from development support to independently leading complex AI and Power Platform engineering initiatives.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally including with consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
Demonstrates knowledge of Power Platform architecture, security models, environment management, and digital transformation program delivery.
