Transition Program Manager

Lead and manage transition projects involving complex IT programs, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

Plan, schedule, and resource projects while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues to maintain project health and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships through effective communication, team leadership, and stakeholder reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex and transformative IT programs/projects (e.g., software development, data center migrations, cloud strategies).

Relevant certification such as PMP and ITIL required.

Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week from an HPE office; flexibility to work in client time zones and willingness to travel to client locations.

Experience in managed IT services with enterprise clients and familiarity with technology fundamentals and trends relevant to IT operations.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable plans.

Comfortable working in agile environments with adaptability to ambiguity and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
