Design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions using Azure AI platforms and associated tools.
Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical AI designs, user stories, and implementation plans aligned with enterprise priorities.
Monitor and manage AI production environments, troubleshoot model and integration issues, ensure security, observability and compliance, and support Agile and DevOps delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Technical expertise in Python development, React.js, Node.js, REST APIs, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel, RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud-native application development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, model monitoring, observability tooling, automated testing, Agile and DevOps practices.
Work Experience Required: 0–1 years for entry-level to 6+ years for advanced levels depending on role maturity classification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Able to lead and support end-to-end AI engineering initiatives including mentoring and governance at senior levels (MM1 to MM3 maturity).
Strong capability to implement secure, observable, scalable AI solutions with human-in-the-loop controls and troubleshooting of AI hallucinations and reasoning failures.
Comfortable working in global, Agile, and DevOps environments translating complex business requirements into reliable AI products using Azure AI and associated technologies.
