Own analysis, design, and delivery of enhancements and projects for the master data technology landscape based on SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Orsoft, and Tibco.
Support stable master data flows globally by translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, and handling incident/problem management (L2/L3) across systems.
Contribute to MDM platform roadmaps, S/4HANA migration, data quality governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management including coordination with external partners.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT functional analysis, application support, or solution delivery in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP master data domains (material, product, customer, vendor, supplier) in ECC and/or S/4HANA and integration middleware such as Tibco, SAP PI PO, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
Experience with Orsoft or similar master data entry workflow tools and exposure to MDM data governance platforms like Syniti EBX.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in FMCG/CPG industry with understanding of master data for product, customer, and supply chain domains.
Able to trace data issues end-to-end across multiple integrated systems and provide remediation options, showing strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
Comfortable operating in a global, multicultural matrix organization, collaborating across IT, data office, and business with agile, hybrid, and ITSM processes.
