Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading Agile teams in complex, cross-functional, and possibly distributed environments, preferably in automotive or embedded systems domain.
Demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills to facilitate Agile transformation.
Familiarity with Agile-at-Scale frameworks, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement metrics to enhance delivery performance.
