Lead architecture and engineering best practices for enterprise AI/ML solutions focused on anomaly/fraud detection, recommendations, predictive insights, and AI-powered business apps.
Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable ML systems and AI-native applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent workflows across large operational datasets.
Own the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and operational cost optimization across thousands of tenants.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or related software engineering roles.
Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar programming languages.
Hands-on experience with anomaly/fraud detection, recommendation systems, classification, forecasting, GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG), and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale, cross-functional AI/ML technical initiatives from design through production deployment.
Strong expertise in MLOps including CI/CD, model registries, experiment tracking, feature stores, and real-time inference systems.
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders (product, architecture, engineering, business) to translate challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions in enterprise settings.
