About This Role

Design, develop, and deploy backend features including REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and compliance case management tools.

Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Ensure system reliability and operational excellence by debugging production issues, improving performance and cost efficiency, and building monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years professional software engineering experience.

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js with experience in building distributed systems or microservices.

Strong understanding and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in backend development for fintech, payments, fraud, or compliance domains or related event-driven systems.

Comfortable working end-to-end on features with accountability for both development and production reliability.

Capable of translating business requirements related to KYC, KYB, AML, or compliance workflows into scalable technical solutions.
