Drive transformation initiatives including AI-led delivery, cloud-native models, and business reviews to improve productivity, client satisfaction, and portfolio financial performance.
Minimum Requirements
15-25 years of work experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery with portfolio leadership.
Proven experience managing $10M-$20M+ portfolios and global teams of 150-300+ resources.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Location preference includes Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale healthcare technology delivery and transformation programs with exposure to payer/provider ecosystem.
Strong executive presence with ability to manage client relationships, strategic conversations, and cross-functional leadership globally.
Demonstrated capability in delivery governance, financial management, AI/cloud modernization, Agile/DevOps delivery, and data-driven performance metrics.
