Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SQL databases, and third-party applications ensuring security and governance compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, support digital transformation initiatives, and provide technical documentation, training, and support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
Work Experience Required: Ranges from 0-1 years to 6+ years depending on seniority level (MM1-MM3 levels).
Strong technical expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, plus integration experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure services, REST APIs.
Knowledge of Power Platform architecture, governance, ALM, and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, DAX, Power Query, JSON, and Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with a full Power Platform lifecycle from design through deployment and support in enterprise environments.
Capable of working independently on complex AI and automation initiatives and contributing to governance and best practices.
Comfortable collaborating across IT, business, and external partners to drive scalable digital transformation solutions aligned with business goals.
