Drive knowledge transfer, process documentation, capability-building, and continuous improvement during and after transition.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
8–15 years of experience including transition management, shared services, GCCs, business transformation, or finance operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale finance or business transformation projects with multi-stakeholder and multi-geography scope.
Located in Pune, India as role is onsite-based.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance process domains such as Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, or finance transformation programs.
Strong project management skills including planning, governance, risk management, with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Structured, execution-focused professional capable of influencing senior leaders and aligning multiple global stakeholders during business transformation.
