Product Owner

Own and prioritize product backlog and roadmaps, translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-enabled legal technology products and features with measurable business value.

Drive adoption of AI tools and features responsibly, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and quality metrics throughout product lifecycle.

7+ years experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related roles with Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or product management certification preferred.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in product-related work and demonstrated delivery of AI or machine-learning enabled product features.

Experience with backlog and project management tools, preferably Azure DevOps or Jira.

Experienced in enterprise software/SaaS product ownership with a focus on AI-enabled solutions, preferably in legal technology or related domains.

Strong operational focus on backlog value prioritization, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder engagement across global and distributed teams.

Skilled in integrating AI responsibly into product strategy, including prototype development, quality assurance, and risk management.
