Lead and oversee environmental data management using platforms like EarthSoft EQuIS, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and integration from various sources.
Manage multiple projects ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence; coordinate with labs and teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready environmental data solutions.
Mentor junior staff, develop SOPs and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), drive innovation in data services, and support client engagement and technical delivery globally.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting.
Advanced proficiency with EarthSoft EQuIS (including Collect, SPM, Edge, ArcGIS, EnviroInsite, ArcEQuIS) and related data management systems.
Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and geological visualization/GIS tools (Leapfrog, ArcGIS, EnviroInsite).

Experienced in leading complex environmental data projects and managing cross-functional global teams within consulting environments.
Skilled in integrating, validating, and analyzing diverse environmental datasets to ensure compliance and support decision-making.
Strong technical leader with experience in scripting/automation (Python, R), developing data workflows, and client facing advisory roles.
