Technical Program Manager

Lead and deliver multiple complex technical programs end-to-end, including market launches, payment integrations, platform migrations, and regulatory initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across India and Asia Pacific to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with strong risk management and data-driven decision making.

Drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and collaboration culture to increase delivery confidence and speed.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years in technology roles, with at least 4 years as Technical Program Manager or similar delivery leadership.

Strong technical background with software engineering experience and familiarity with systems design, mobile, backend, cloud, or security technologies.

Experience managing large multi-team programs across multiple time zones and locations.

Experienced technologist comfortable with ambiguity, able to create clarity on goals, risks, and dependencies.

Strong relationship builder who can align diverse stakeholders including engineers, product, risk, and leadership.

Familiar with fintech, payments, or regulated environments, with strategic focus on outcomes over activity.
