Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Vlocity) - VOIS

Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, including designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Collaborate closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams on technical design, estimation, and integration, ensuring API and system connectivity within Telecom IT BSS/CRM environment.

Provide technical leadership via code reviews, mentoring team members, and promoting engineering best practices and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

At least 7 years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale implementation exposure.

Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, and integration APIs across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Minimum three Salesforce certifications including Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Application credential preferred.

Experienced in complex Salesforce architecture and solution design in telecom or similar enterprise environments.

Strong collaborator capable of working with both onshore and offshore teams, contributing to agile delivery and sprint refinement.

Demonstrates technical leadership through mentoring, code governance, and fostering engineering excellence in Salesforce development lifecycle.
