Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Vlocity) - VOIS

Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Vlocity within Telecom IT BSS/CRM environment.

Support solution architects with technical design, estimation, and decomposition of complex requirements for sprint-based Agile delivery.

Mentor and lead team members, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with integration and QA teams to ensure high quality, performance, and seamless system connectivity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience including enterprise-scale implementations.

Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Must hold at least Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications with a minimum of three Salesforce certifications in total.

Experienced in Telecom IT BSS/CRM or similarly complex, large-scale Salesforce environments with exposure to Vlocity/ Salesforce Industries.

Comfortable with technical leadership roles including solution design, code governance, and mentoring cross-functional global teams.

Skilled in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimation, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
