Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, or Custom Cloud implementations in large, global settings.
Comfortable working within Agile IT teams and collaborating cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
Experienced in customer and technical support roles for accounting platforms or ERP systems, with a strong analytical and documentation focus.
