Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay and PR-to-PO processes and ERP platforms like SAP MM, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
Location requirement: Chennai, India.

Experienced leader in indirect procurement operations within shared services or BPO environments with strong operational governance skills.
Proficient in managing quality controls, compliance audits, and driving First Time-Right improvements in procurement.
Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to collaborate across sourcing, finance, and business teams to implement process improvements and automation.
