Minimum Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) mandatory.
Strong finance business partnering experience in a complex organization.
Experience with finance automation or process improvement initiatives.
Working knowledge of Workday, Power BI, and Adaptive financial systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience partnering with Finance, HR, and IT functions at senior/executive levels.
Ability to influence and lead through credibility without formal authority, in large global matrix organizations.
Background in finance transformation or enterprise digital enablement projects focused on modern finance operating models.
