Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, and cloud-native apps, embedding quality throughout the SDLC.
Leverage AI-powered tools and GenAI capabilities to enhance test design, automation, defect detection, developer productivity and mentor teams on modern Quality Engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Software Engineering roles.
Hands-on skills with Java, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, API & Microservices Testing.
Knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and performance testing.
Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) and ability to apply GenAI for automation and testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader able to mentor teams and influence quality engineering best practices and transformation initiatives.
Strong expertise in building scalable automation frameworks integrated with modern DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
Practitioner of AI-powered and generative AI testing technologies to innovate in automation and software quality improvement at scale.
